When you choose to purchase our products you are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

You may print or download extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.

You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content in any way. Nor may you commercially exploit, reproduce, develop derivative works or distribute the designs used in these products in any way.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Personal details which you provide including your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number will not be released, sold or given out to any other person, entity or third party.

 

Pricing

 

All pricing is in Australian dollars and is exclusive of GST and hence 10% GST will be added at checkout.

Bori Benko Art reserves the right to change prices at it's discretion.

Anyone purchasing from outside of Australia will not be charged GST (Goods and Services Tax).

 

Ordering 

 

There are two ways to place an order.

1. On-line Ordering

Once you have made your selections simply proceed to the checkout and follow the steps.

After you have finished your transaction you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.

2. E-mail Ordering

You can submit your order via e-mail to frank@boribenkoart.com listing the items you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

 

Availability

 

From time to time items may not be in stock. Should this happen we apologise sincerely and will contact you within 2 working days and offer you a refund, discuss placing the item on backorder or discuss offering you a suitable alternative.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Bori Benko Arts accepts returns for either refund or exchange up to 30 days after the purchase date. All returns must be authorised by our customer service staff prior to being returned.

 

To process a return you must meet the following requirements:

 

Item(s) need to be authorised for return within 30 days of purchase.

The item(s) is to be in re-saleable condition (ie any tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any) and the item is unworn and is in "as sold" condition.

Have an invoice number for reference.

 

How to process a return

 

Please email customer service at boribenko.art@optusnet.com.au and quote the invoice number and advise the item number(s) of the items you wish to return.

Check that the requirements (see above) are complied with and place an order for replacement item(s). The refund for the original item will be processed upon receipt.

 

Payment for return shipping

 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, your item must be freighted back to Bori Benko Art at your expense.

If your purchased item is defective or has been sent incorrectly we will organise a return pick-up at our expense. We will freight the replacement item to you at no charge.

 

Receiving a refund

 

Your refund will be credited to your credit card or Paypal account. Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortuneatly we are unable to influence this.
